PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a prestressed girder for a bridge using a segmented girder and a mounting structure thereof are provided to correspond to the stress condition which has effect on a bridge during the use of the bridge by adopting compression prestress deferent from each section to the segmented girder which is longitudinally connected. CONSTITUTION: A segmented girder includes a hollow unit, an accommodation unit and a concrete girder equipped with an anchorage device. A manufacturing method of a prestressed girder(100) for a bridge using a segmented girder comprises the following g steps. A tendon(50) is installed on the accommodation unit of the segmented girder after multiple segmented girders are arranged in a longitudinal direction. The compression prestress is applied to the tendon by using the anchorage to make the tendon settled on both sides of a first segmented girder(110) after the tendon is strained. The segmented girders are connected by adopting the process of straining, mounting and prestressing successively to a nearest-neighboring segmented girder to the first segmented girder as a start. |
