PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic fiber rope capable of efficiently increasing hydrodynamical resistance force.SOLUTION: A synthetic fiber rope 1 comprises: a synthetic fiber rope body 2; and a plurality of protrusions 3 that protrude in a longitudinal direction of the synthetic fiber rope body 2 while having a predetermined space therebetween. When a fluid passes a periphery of the synthetic fiber rope 1, each of the protrusions 3 swings while setting a connection part with the synthetic fiber rope body 2 as a base point, and increases fluid resistance. |
