A reaction turbine system, according to the present invention, is comprised so as to generate power by rotating a turbine shaft by means of a reaction, which occurs when operating fluid in a liquid state is sprayed, and has the advantages of reducing manufacturing costs due to a simple structure, and high-efficiency generating by limiting pressure loss to that which occurs with the flow of the operating fluid.
