The present invention relates to a method of recycling peroxide using waste acid, in which waste acid (waste etchant) is recycled to be reused as an oxidant in other industrial fields. Waste acid generated in the process of manufacturing displays is used in the present invention. The method of the present invention comprises: a primary impurity removal step of first removing foreign materials from waste acid of a raw material storage tank through a filter; a heavy metal removal step of removing molybdenum and titanium contained in the waste acid while the waste acid passes through an ion exchange fiber of an adsorbing unit; a stabilization step of suppressing the decomposition of peroxide contained in the waste acid by mixing the waste acid with a phosphoric acid liquid having a content of 0.2-1 wt% based on the waste acid contained in a reacting unit; a concentration adjustment step of adjusting the concentration of peroxide contained in the waste acid by inputting peroxide for concentration adjustment into the reacting unit; and a secondary impurity removal step of secondly impurities foreign materials from the waste acid by a filter. Therefore, there can be provided low-concentration peroxide which has high quality and no risks of explosion at the time of handling and storage and is usable as an oxidant in other industrial fields.
