PURPOSE: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet with excellent magnetic property and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the growth of crystal grains and the mobility of a magnetic domain wall by increasing the distribution density of coarse inclusion. CONSTITUTION: A non-oriented electrical steel sheet comprises 0.7-2.7wt.% of Al, 0.2-1.0wt.% of Si, 0.2-1.7wt.% of Mn, 0.2wt.% or less of Sn+Sb, 0.001-0.004wt.% of N, 0.0005-0.004wt.% of S, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, where the contents of Al, Mn, N, and S satisfy the following equations, {[Al]+[Mn]}<=2.0, 0.002<={[N]+[S]}<=0.006, and 230<={([Al]+[Mn])/([N]+[S])}<=1,000. |
