PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drain pipe cleaning device which can be easily brought to a work site on the rooftop of a high-rise building, requires a small work space, and enables a hose to be reliably pulled up against the maximum weight on the hose side when starting cleaning, without needing hose layout work outside the device.SOLUTION: A drain pipe is cleaned by putting a hose into the drain pipe from a ventilation opening provided on the rooftop side of a high-rise building. In a drain pipe cleaning device 10, a reel 14 is pivotally supported on a frame 12 in a rotatable manner and is rotated in a direction for pulling down the hose 16 or in a direction for pulling up the hose 16 by control of a reel drive part 18 on the basis of operation of a control panel 26. A first hose guide mechanism 22 is disposed in the front side of an upper portion of the reel 14 to enable a position of the hose relative to a drain pipe vent hole 101a to be adjusted, and a second hose guide mechanism 24 in the rear side of the upper portion of the reel 14 to guide and move the hose so as to follow the movement of a hose rolling-out position or a hose take-up position of the reel 14. |
