PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suture thread holding case with a needle, capable of easily and reliably performing the collection of used needles and the confirmation of the number of the needles, and safely and easily disposing of the used needles by a minimum waste amount.SOLUTION: A suture thread holding case with a needle includes: a holding case body 1 for holding suture thread 3 with a needle, to which an unused needle 4a is separably attached; and a lid body 2 attached to the holding case body 1 so as to be attachable/detachable. The holding case body 1 includes: an unused needle lock part 5 capable of locking multiple unused needles 4a in a line; and a suture thread winding part 6 arranged in a peripheral edge part of the holding case body 1 and capable of winding the suture thread 3 with a needle. The unused needle lock part 5 is arranged inside a recession part 7 that is formed in the holding case body 1 and can be closed by the lid body 2. The lid body 2 includes on a rear surface, a used needle lock part 8 for collecting the multiple used needles 4b by locking them in a line. |
