PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To heighten a degree of freedom of layout of an immobilizer system and reduce a number of parts.SOLUTION: In an immobilizer system 100 having a transponder 13, an antenna coil 1 transmitting and receiving signals with the transponder 13, an immobilizer control part 21 controlling and processing the signals, and a key cylinder 3, the antenna coil 1 is arranged around an insertion opening side of a key cylinder 3, the immobilizer control part 21 is arranged in a meter control substrate 30 attached to a back side of a display part of a meter part 4. The meter control substrate 30 and the immobilizer control part 21 share a power source circuit 33. |
