PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-sensitive composition capable of forming a film having high adhesiveness to a substrate and long development latitude.SOLUTION: A radiation-sensitive composition contains a compound represented by the following general formula (1), titanium black particles, dispersion, and an organic solvent. The BET specific surface area of a dispersed body including the titanium black particles is in a range of 20 to 120 m/g; the dispersed body including the titanium black particles contains Si atoms; and the content ratio of the Si atoms to Ti atoms in the dispersed body is in a range of 0.01 to 0.45.
