PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic conference system in which a load on each device on a cloud system side is reduced.SOLUTION: Conference information on a conference created before the start of the conference is stored in a database 22. Data of conference material used in the conference is stored in a file providing server 16. Data for storage related to the conference generated after the end of the conference is stored in a file system 24 after the end of the conference.
