The present invention provides a method for transmitting data to a terminal by a base station, a base station device, and a central control server, which can select an appropriate coordinated multi-point (CoMP) scheme from multiple CoMP schemes to perform downlink data transmission. In the present invention, the base station can use multiple CoMP schemes, and is connected to multiple subordinate transmission points for performing data transmission. The base station is characterized by comprising a transceiver unit, disposed on a transmission point and used for performing data transmission and receiving with a terminal; a data processing unit, used for extracting, in data received by the transceiver unit from the terminal, non-periodic feedback information and periodic feedback information; a CoMP scheme selection unit, used for selecting, from multiple CoMP schemes, a CoMP scheme suitable for the terminal according to the non-periodic feedback information; and a scheduling unit, used for performing scheduling by using the selected CoMP scheme according to the non-periodic feedback information and the periodic feedback information, and performing data transmission with the terminal through the corresponding transceiver unit.
