The device (10) has a head part (17) connected with a base plate (11) over a connection unit (19) to limit mobility of roller carriages (20). An attenuation mat is inserted between the head part and the carriages. The mat has an elasticity in order to prevent the mobility of the roller carriage without applying a force on the carriages and to allow the mobility of the carriages during applying the force in the elasticity region. The mat is pre-tensioned by assembling the mat between the head part and the carriages such that the force to the carriages exerts away from the head part.
