The light has a hinge for electrical interconnection of a circular or quadratic lens with a base utilized for accommodating a battery or an electronic part, and a 230 V or 12 V charging adapter for charging the battery. A controller prevents overloading or over-discharging of the battery during charging of the battery. An outer main switch enables a basic function of the strobe light to provide a warning function for a person between a motor car and a setting location of the strobe light. An analog or digital indicating instrument or LEDs indicate a state of charge of the battery.
