The radial adjustment device (100) has an inner locking unit (110) and an outer locking unit (120). The inner locking unit comprises an inner locking bearing (111), in which an inner locking ring (112) with a ring gear (115) is arranged. The outer locking unit comprises an outer locking ring (122) with another ring gear (125). The inner and outer locking rings are pivotally mounted around a common central axis and from a coupling position, in which the teeth of the former ring gear engage in the intermediate spaces of the teeth of the latter ring gear. The teeth of the latter ring gear engaging in the intermediate spaces between the teeth of the former ring gear are reversibly convertible into a decoupling position.
