<p>The load on the user is decreased and convenience is improved by supplementing or correcting the dial number on the network side in the event that the user makes a mistake concerning the dial number. International telephone identification numbers that may be wrongly input are stored in a storage section (11) in correspondence with the corresponding correct number. When the plurality of leading digits of the dial number that is input from a telephone terminal coincides with a number that is stored in the storage section (11), a number substitution section (12) replaces the input dial number by the correct number. In this way, when a call is originated by a roaming user, if a wrong dialling code is identified, the call may be continued by substituting the correct dialling number.</p> |
