The present invention relates to a therapeutic agent for treating vitiligo by prescription of natural crude drugs and a method for manufacturing the same. The method for manufacturing the therapeutic agent by prescription of natural crude drugs comprises first step of mixing Cyperus Rotundus roots, Cnidium roots, Dioscorea roots, Dictamnus roots, Prunes kernels, Carthamus flowers, and Tinctorius (safflower) in a weight ratio of 2:1:1:1:1:1:1 to form a vegetable medicinal herb (HR) composition; second step of extracting the vegetable medicinal herb (HT) using three times volume of water at 70 and freeze-drying the hot water extract; third step of extracting Bos taurus domesticus Gmelin. (OBE) which is an animal crude drug composition by hot water and freeze-drying the hot water extract; fourth step of the freeze-dried vegetable medicinal herb composition (HR) and the freeze-dried OBE in a weight ratio of 9-10:1; and fifth step of adding one or more kinds of retinoid selected among retinol, retinal, tretinoin, isotretinoin, and tazarotene to mixed animal and vegetable medicinal herb composition (HR+OBE) generated by fourth step. |
