The present invention relates to a non-invasive pressure measuring apparatus which measures a current value used in compensating for a gap according to the pressure inside a tube which is included in the inner side in order to convert pressure. A non-invasive pressure measuring apparatus prepared thereby has a cross section bent in a “C” shape in order to accommodate a tube for passing a fluid inside, and comprises an elastic plate which has a slit formed on one side thereof and has magnetism; a coil which is wound in a longitudinal direction of the elastic plate; a width detecting sensor which detects the gap of the slit; a control unit which is connected to the width detecting sensor and outputs current to the coil in order to be restored to the original position when the gap of the slit is widened; and a calculation unit which measures the outputted current value from the control unit and converts the pressure of the fluid inside the tube.
