The present application discloses a laundry processing apparatus including: a storage tub (200) which stores laundry; a steam supply mechanism (300) which supplies steam to the storage tub; and a water supply valve (310) which supplies water from an external water source to the steam supply mechanism. The steam supply mechanism includes: a water storage tank (320) storing the water, which is supplied from the water supply value; a steam generator (420) which generates the steam; and a pump (330) which supplies the water in the water storage tank to the steam generator.
