The present invention relates to a detection kit for Enterobacter cloacae including fluorophores which are specifically bonded to 6-phosphofructokinase expressed from pfkB gene of the Enterobacter cloacae and a method for detecting Enterobacter cloacae using the same. According to one specific example, the method and kit of the present invention provide easy, rapid and accurate identification by detecting 6-phosphofructokinase expressed from the pfkB gene of the Enterobacter cloacae which specifically bonds to 3',6'-bis(acetyloxy)-5-(chloromethyl)-spiro(isobenzofuran-1(3H),9'-(9H)xanthen)-3-one and distinguishing Enterobactercloacae from Enterococcusfaecalis.
