The present invention relates to a method for distinguishing hepatitis C virus injected liver cells and normal cells using fluorescent compounds. According to a specific example, the method easily, quickly, and accurately provides identification result by comparing the pattern of proteins which are conjugated to 2-(6-hydroxy-3-oxo-3H-xanthene-9-yl)-5-((2-(vinylsulfonyl)ethyl)carbamoyl)benzoic acid and 2-(6-hydroxy-3-oxo-3H-xanthene-9-yl)-4-((2-(vinylsulfonyl)ethyl)carbamoyl)benzoic acid and distinguishing hepatitis C virus infected liver cells and normal cells. |
