<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC module for both contact and non-contact which can be easily manufactured at low cost, the IC module having excellent communication characteristics, and an IC card. <P>SOLUTION: The IC module for both contact and non-contact includes: a substrate 21 which has a first surface on which a contact terminal 11T is formed, and a second surface being the opposite side of the first surface and on which a wiring pattern including an antenna 12 with size smaller than that of the outer shape of the contact terminal 11T is formed; an IC chip 13 mounted to the second surface side; and a sheet capacitor 34 on the second surface side and connected to the antenna 12 where the IC chip 13 is electrically connected to the antenna 12 via the sheet capacitor 34, the sheet capacitor 34 is foldable, a connection terminal of the sheet capacitor 34 is directly connected to both ends of the antenna 12 themselves, and sealed on the second surface by sealing resin 18. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
