摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently use a present pixel-type semiconductor element. SOLUTION: A radiation imaging device includes a semiconductor detector forming respective pixels by a plurality of semiconductor elements. An interpolation device of the semiconductor detector includes: an analysis section analyzing respective energy signals as energy spectrum data showing an energy intensity distribution of gamma rays outputted from the respective semiconductor elements; a classifying section classifying performance of the semiconductor elements into three based on an analysis result of energy spectrum data by the analysis section; and a correcting section interpolating values of the respective pixels in two classifications whose performances of the semiconductor elements are classified to be low in three classification results.
