PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood treatment device uniformizing the flow rate of dialysate without irregularity or variation by making bypass flow and weak flow branched from a dialysate port entrance 7.1 reach the vicinity of the area entrance of a hollow fiber membrane 4 almost without a time difference. SOLUTION: In the blood treatment device (1), an obstacle member (11) whose proximal end part is fixed inside a housing (2) and distal end part is extended along the length direction of the housing (2) is provided on a position corresponding to the dialysate port entrance (7.1) of the housing (2). In the space (S) formed between the obstacle member (11) and the housing (2), a bypass mitigation part (12) for making the dialysate introduced from the dialysate port entrance (7.1) collide and weakening at least a part of the flow of the dialysate trying to bypass to the wall surface direction of the housing (2) on the opposite side of the dialysate port entrance (7.1) is formed.
