PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply device capable of efficiently and economically supplying Pachinko game balls to respective Pachinko game machines. SOLUTION: The Pachinko game ball supply device includes: an endless conveying belt 10 arranged in the longitudinally front and rear direction of a game machine island 2, disposed over two rollers 11, and having an upper straight line part 12, a lower straight line part 13, an upstream side circular arcuate part 14, and a downstream side circular arcuate part 15; a replenishing gutter 20 which is arranged immediately under the lower straight line part 13 at an interval C substantially equal to the diameter of the Pachinko game ball 4, and where the Pachinko game balls 4 are moved on the upper surface by the movement of the lower straight line part 13; replenishing chutes 30 arranged in the replenishing gutter 20 so as to supply the Pachinko game balls 4 of the replenishing gutter 20 to the Pachinko game machines 3; a support gutter 70 for supporting the upper straight line part 12 from below; and an end part gutter 80 which is arranged along the outer surface of the downstream side circular arcuate part 15 at an interval C1 a little smaller than the diameter of the Pachinko game ball 4, and where the Pachinko game balls 4 are moved on the surface by the movement of the downstream side circular arcuate part 15.
