The present invention provides pharmaceutical compositions for the prevention or treatment of overactive bladder accompanied with neurogenic disorders. The pharmaceutical compositions comprise as an active ingredient indoline derivatives represented by the following general formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and are useful for the prevention or treatment of OAB accompanied with neurogenic disorders such as cerebrovascular disorders, Parkinson's disease, spinal cord involvement or the like. In the formula, R represents an optionally substituted aliphatic acyl group, an optionally substituted lower alkyl group, an optionally substituted aromatic acyl group or the like; R 1 represents a cyano group or a carbamoyl group; and R 2 represents an optionally substituted lower alkyl group.
