The purpose of an antifouling paint composition with an antifouling enzyme-porous carrier composite of the present invention is to increase the industry applicability by obtaining improved antifouling performance in comparison with the existing antifouling enzyme-substrate complex which is subject to industry application restriction due to the low activation of an antifouling enzyme and to solve economical problems by using a cheap supporter. If coating materials are manufactured by mixing the antifouling paint composition with all kinds of polymer materials which are widely used as paint materials, the coating materials are effectively applied to various industry fields (shipping harbor industry, fluid transport industry, water quality treatment industry etc), thereby being used a substitute for the conventional chemical antifouling material which causes environmental problems and is subject to use restriction.
