The present invention relates to an ultrasonic lamp on which a damping member is formed. The purpose of the present invention is to extend the lifetime of the ultrasonic lamp by preventing the collision of the ultrasonic lamp with a quartz pipe for protecting the lamp caused vibration transmitted via an ultrasonic sterilizing device and other ultrasonic applications or a pipe connected to the same by installing the damping member which is strong to heat and ultrasonic rays and has excellent vibration absorption efficiency on a lamp base of the ultrasonic lamp or the outer periphery of a spacer formed on the lamp base or the surface of a tube of the ultrasonic lamp with one method among methods of inserting, attaching, and winding and tying. The present invention includes the ultrasonic lamp which is installed in order to position filaments, which are formed on the lamp base connected to a lamp wire, on both inner sides of the lamp tube having vacuum suction holes; the quartz pipe for protecting the lamp which is installed inside the ultrasonic lamp for covering and protecting the ultrasonic lamp; and the damping member which is installed on the ultrasonic lamp for preventing the collision of the ultrasonic lamp with the quartz pipe for protecting the lamp caused by vibration. The damping member is manufactured into a form of a sponge with pores or a shape of a fabric with a loose weave by utilizing a material such as carbon felt, ceramic fibers, and rock wool and is shaped into a pad or an insertion pipe. |
