PURPOSE: A production method of carbon nanofibre is provided to increase yield rate of the carbon nanofibre after high temperature carbonization as a precursor fiber is stabilized within a short time executing heat treatment after linearly stabilizing through irradiating radiation onto the precursor fiber and to produce carbon nanofibre with improved intensity. CONSTITUTION: A production method of carbon nanofibre stablized using irradiation of radiation and heat treatment includes the following steps; a production stpe which produces a precursor fiber irradiating after dissolving hydrocarbon-based polymer into a solvent (step 1); an irradiation step which irradiates radiation on a precursor fiber produces in the step 1 (step 2); a stabilization step which stabilizes the precursor fiber, on which radiation is irradiated in the step 2, through heat treatment (step 3); and a carbonization step which carbonizes the fiber from the step 3 in an inactive atmosphere (step 4).
