Exhaust system having a pre-heater

An exhaust system (14) for a machine (10) is disclosed. The exhaust system may have a first conduit (18) configured to receive a first portion of an exhaust flow (19) from an engine (12). The exhaust system may further have a second conduit (20) configured to receive a remaining portion of the exhaust flow (21) from the engine. The exhaust system may also have a diffuser (24) connected at downstream ends of the first and the second conduits. In addition, the exhaust system may have an after-treatment component (26) fluidly connected downstream of the diffuser. The exhaust system may also have a preheater (34) configured to heat exhaust in the second conduit.
