The present invention relates to an insulating socket for apartment house for preventing an electric shock accident. The present invention is capable of maintaining the completely closed state of a plug receiving groove and a plug terminal insertion hole, enabling a user to easily open the insulating socket when the user connects a plug to the insulating socket, and preventing children from inserting chopsticks into the plug terminal insertion hole by making it difficult for the children to open the insulating socket, thereby preventing occurrence of an electric shock accident. In addition, the present invention has a very simple structure, thereby making the insulating socket be widely used at low costs and preventing an electric shock accident in quality. |
