Propellant comprises a monopropellant and a gelling agent containing gelatinous propellant, where at least one additive is added to the gelatinous propellant, which is oxidized by the combustion of the carbon of the propellant to carbon monoxide, and for the oxidation of hydrogen to water and carbon monoxide to carbon dioxide without providing oxygen, or decomposes to form nitrogen.
