A mat for fixing the position of submarine pipelines is disclosed. The mat for fixing the position of the submarine pipelines according to the present invention comprises a body unit for surrounding the outer circumference of the pipelines arranged on the seabed and a position change preventing unit for preventing the pipeline position from changing by the environmental load applied to the pipelines.
