A pressure control device of a cooking vessel is disclosed. The disclosed pressure control device of the cooking vessel includes a bolt type coupling member which is inserted into a lid of the cooking vessel and which includes a steam hole; a steam discharging body member which is joined to the bolt type coupling member to the bolt type coupling member from the upper side of the lid and which forms an installation space unit and a steam discharging hole for discharging steam inside; a weight member which is formed in the installation space unit of the steam discharging body member and seated on the bolt type coupling member and prevents steam from being discharged by self weight; and a plurality of weight lifting guide protrusion units in order to form a steam flowing space where steam discharged to the lower periphery of the weigh member via the steam hole on the surface of an inner wall of the installation space unit and controls the steam discharging pressure of the cooking vessel. |
