The present invention is to provide an LED street-lamp having a multi layer radiant heat structure that includes a multi layer radiant heat unit opening in all directions; an LED module for mounting LEDs and symmetrically inclined with a predetermined angle, a side cover unit with an external air inlet for receiving an external air from an opening part, and combined with both sides of the radiant heat unit; and a transparent cover unit installed in the lower end of the radiant heat unit to cover the LED module.
