Disclosed are a stand and an electronic device equipped with the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the stand is a stand for supporting an electronic device on an installation surface, and comprises a base which is placed on the bottom surface of the stand; a rail which is placed on the base; a fixed body which is fixed and placed on the rail; an operating body which is movably installed inside the rail and is in contact with the installation surface; and an elastic member which is placed between the operating body and the fixed body in order to allow the operating body to move left and right with a certain force.
