<p>A non-volatile memory system comprises a NAND flash memory device and a host. The NAND flash memory device comprises a first flash conversion layer which performs a garbage collection operation. The host comprises a file system which provides application data as an in-ordered type and a second flash conversion layer which controls the operation of the NAND flash memory device by interacting with the file system. The non-volatile memory system performs random writing at high speed and minimizes power consumption according to the transmission of unnecessary data.</p> |
