摘要 The present invention relates to a reworkable thermo-reversible elastomer. The reworkable thermo-reversible elastomer has excellent abrasion resistance and physical properties. Monomer containing an acid group is grafted to elastic rubber, and the resultant product reacts with a nanosilica hybrid compound to have an onium salt or an amide structure. By having both a structure forming a network with the double bond of an ionic bond and a hydrogen bond and a nanosilica hybrid structure, excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties can be obtained compared to existing elastomer which is crosslinked by sulfur or peroxide. The product is reworkable by being dissociated at high temperatures and recombined at low temperatures. The product is environment-friendly and has excellent abrasion resistance and mechanical properties so it can replace a material for automobile, shipbuilding, and construction as a crosslinking elastomer.
