The present invention relates to a stress dispersion type implant fixture which comprises a body unit which is inserted into a bone tissue by forming screw threads; and a head unit which is formed in the upper end of the body unit and exposed to outside of the bone tissue. Specially, the head unit is formed to have diameters which gradually become smaller from the lower surface to the upper surface in which the plane cross sections are in circular shapes. The stress dispersion type implant fixture forms the diameter of the lower surface to be bigger than the diameter of the upper end in order to be horizontally protruded from the upper edge of the body unit and firmly fixes artificial teeth to alveolar bones by uniformly dispersing stress and reducing tilting and settling of the implant fixture.
