<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bofutusyosan-blended preparation reduced with an unpleasant flavor peculiar to the bofutusyosan, a method for improving the flavor of the bofutusyosan and a flavor-improving agent. <P>SOLUTION: This bofutusyosan-blended preparation comprises the bofutusyosan and insoluble edible fibers. The method for improving the flavor of the bofutusyosan is to use the bofutusyosan with the insoluble edible fibers jointly. The flavor-improving agent of the bofutusyosan is to contain the insoluble edible fibers as an active ingredient.
