A micro-flow control injector for a mono-propellant based pneumatic generator is provided to minutely control a flow rate using a first check valve on a first supply pipe connected to a fuel tank having a mono-propellant to prevent fuel from flowing from the first supply pipe to the fuel tank; a small actuator connected to the first supply pipe to minutely control a supplying flow rate by repeating decompression and pressurization inside the first supply pipe with reciprocating motions; a second supply pipe connected to the cylinder of the small actuator to discharge the fuel to a reactor in decompression; and a second check valve on the second supply pipe to prevent the fuel from flowing from the second supply pipe to the small actuator or the first supply pipe.
