摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of nonflammable heat-insulating material using ceramic foam is provided to increase insulating efficiency and preventing new house syndrome and fire by mixing and molding the ceramic form with inorganic binder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of nonflammable heat-insulating material using ceramic foam comprises the following steps: (S1) pulverizing quartz raw ore into 150-200 mesh sized pieces and dissolving in hydrofluoric acid; obtaining meltage; (S2) mixing meta sodium silicate, sodium sulfide, titanium dioxide, kaolin, zirconium, calcium carbonate, and polyamide with the meltage; obtaining inorganic binder; (S3) drying basalt, volcanic stone, vermiculite, calcium carbonate, kaolin, and loess up to 2-3% of moisture content; obtaining ceramic raw material; (S4) obtaining ceramic foam by heating the ceramic raw material at 1,000-1,100deg.C; (S5) mixing the ceramic foam with the inorganic binder with 1:1 weight ratio; forming a mixture; (S6) molding the mixture; and (S7) drying the molded product at 90-100deg.C for 5-10minutes.
