<p>PURPOSE: A DC(Direct Current) heater control device for improving the reliability of an injection molding machine is provided to increase the lifetime of an IGBT(Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) by minimizing heat from circuit components. CONSTITUTION: A first driving part(20) switches DC power supply to be applied to a heater(40) in response to an applied first driving control signal. A second driving part(30) directly performs DC power switching to the heater in response to an applied second driving control signal. If a preset temperature of a mold is higher than the measured current temperature of the mold over a certain range, a controller(10) generates the first driving control signal and the second driving control signal. The heater controls a hot runner in the mold and the mold of an injection molding machine at preset temperatures.
