The present invention relates to a container ship which includes a hull with a first welding unit; a hatch coming unit which is extended to the upper side of the hull and which includes a second welding unit and an opening at a position on which the hull and the second welding unit meet; and a cover unit which is in linear-contact with the hull and the hatch coming unit while closing the opening of the hatch coming unit. The container prevents the spread of brittle cracks by forming the opening at the position on which the hatch coming unit and the hull meet and efficiently reduces the possibilities of fatigue damage as the cover unit is in linear-contact with the hatch coming unit and the hull.
