The present invention relates to a method for monitoring a flight control computer. The invention provides a method which enables an existing ITS to monitor the flight control computer without devices such as a hardware-based PI for the verification and performance test of flight control software or the computer. The invention is a means for solving a technical subject above. The invention provides the monitoring method including a step (a) that the flight control computer directly receives a monitoring command from an integrated test system, a step (b) that the flight control computer sets a breakpoint address for a register according to the command, a step (c) that the flight control computer generates interrupt in the address, and a step (d) that the flight control computer transmits a state of the flight control computer to the integrated test system. With the monitoring method according to the invention, monitoring the flight control software or computer is performed without composing the PI and a false breakpoint event does not occur even when a CPU is changed or the latest processor performing multi-fetching the flight control computer is applied.
