The present invention relates to a method for the chemical treatment of thin plate glass and the operation of exclusive cleaning cassettes. The cassette comprises: a combining groove; right and left plates of the cassette in which a pin fixing hole is formed around the combining groove; a plurality of shafts in which both ends are inserted into the combining groove of the right and left plates by a combining member in which a pin is protruding from one end and is fixed to be attached/detached; and a guide shaft installed to be rotated to be concentric on the outer circumference of the shaft. When an operator pulls a fixing unit in case the shaft position is required to be changed, the length is reduced as a coil spring inside the fixing unit is compressed. The fixing unit is separated from the right and left plates. The pin protruding from the fixing unit is separated from a pin combining hole formed at the right and left plates so that the operator can move it to the pin combining hole of the desired position. After the movement, the coil spring inside the fixing unit is restored to the original length when the power added to the fixing unit is loosened. The fixing unit is in contact with the right and left plates. The pin is inserted into the pin combining hole so that both ends are fixed to the right and left plates. The present invention is capable of easily correcting the shaft position and remarkably reducing work hours because the shaft position is easily controlled to the arbitrary desired position after pulling the fixing unit without loosening a screw connected to both ends of the shaft by the operator. |
