<p>The insufflation device has an insufflator (10), and a measurement, control and regulation device (17) for controlled and regulated output of the gas. The insufflator is fluidically connected with a pneumatic tissue dissection probe (20) through a gas supply line (2). The tissue dissection probe is electronically connected with the measurement, control and regulation device. A switching device is provided, which is designed to provide a switching of the regulated and controlled gas flow to the gas output from the tissue dissection probe or from an insufflation cannula (30). An independent claim is included for a method for alternating insufflation of gas into a body cavity and pneumatic dissection at the same time using an insufflation device.</p> |
