The present invention relates to a method for preparing a modified polyolefin by using a polyolefin-based resin. The method dissolves a polyolefin resin in a solvent, injects an organic radical initiator and an unsaturated hydrocarbon-containing additives to manufacture a modified polyolefin precursor, and makes the precursor reacts with polyether amine. The method can easily control the content of polar functional groups.
