[Class 75 (ii)] For use with a mercury vapour or like lamp, a reflector coated with sulphide of zinc or other fluorescent material is formed or fitted with cooling means arranged in such a manner as to maintain the fluorescent material at a temperature below the critical temperature above which the material loses its luminiferous property. The cooling means may comprise ribs or fins, a ventilating funnel with or without dust filters, a water jacket, or black paint on the back of the reflector.
