Muscular exercise prescription system using bioelectrical diagnosis of muscle and method thereof

PURPOSE: A system for prescribe muscular exercise through analyzing the bioelectricity of the muscles of a human body and a prescribing method thereof are provided to prevent medical accidents by maintaining optimal exercising state with an accurate exercising prescription. CONSTITUTION: An electromyogram patch(10) is adhered to the muscle of an examinee. A bio-signal processing module(20) is electrically connected to the electromyogram patch. The bio-signal processing module diagnoses and processes a bioelectric signal. An exercise prescription operating module(30) calculates an exercise protocol for the exercise of the examinee. The exercise prescription operating module provides an exercise prescription based on the calculated information.
