The present invention relates to a cathode catalyst for a lithium-air battery, a manufacturing method thereof, and a lithium-air battery comprising the same and, in particular, to a cathode catalyst capable of improving the storing capacity of a battery for charging and discharging electricity and increasing the cycle lifetime of charging and discharging electricity, a method thereof and a lithium-air battery comprising the same. The cathode catalyst has a layered perovskite structure and includes lanthanum and nickel oxide. A cathode for a lithium-air battery is produced by using the cathode catalyst including the layered perovskite and the lithium-air battery is provided by using the cathode. The storing capacity of a lithium-air battery for charging and discharging electricity can be increased and the cycle lifetime of charging and discharging electricity can be improved.
